(Creston) A Creston woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office says 44-year-old Colleen Reed was driving a 2002 Buick Lesabre westbound on Cromwell Road. Reed said a vehicle crossed the center line and she swerved out of the way and entered the south ditch. There were no other vehicles around when officers arrived on scene.
Reed was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated. She was transported to the Greater Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
