Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co.) Several people were arrested on warrants in Adair County.

Anthoney Howard Diamonde Grefsheim, 26, of Creston, was arrested on October 9^th on a warrant for Sexual Abuse 2^nd Degree, Lascivious Acts with a Child, and Indecent Contact with a Child. He was held on $100,000 bond.

Douglas Wayne Ruse, 57, of Corning, was arrested October 8^th on a warrant for Going Armed with Intent.

David Spencer Reeves, 34, of Earlham, was arrested October 5^th on a warrant for Burglary 3^rd Degree and Theft 4^th Degree. Reeves was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Michael Eugene Matherly, 34, of Creston, was arrested on October 9^th on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault – Bodily Injury. He was held on $1,000 cash only bond.

Lucas Dayne Anderson, 25, of Stuart, was arrested October 6^th on a warrant for Theft 4^th Degree. He was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Amanda Marie Comly, 33, of Stuart, was arrested October 8^th on a warrant for Driving While Barred. She was held on $100 cash only bond.

Michael Gail Steward, 38, of Fontanelle, was arrested October 9^th on a warrant for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order – Contempt. He was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

In other activity, Payton Allyssa Hill, 21, of Greenfield, was arrested October 6^th for Domestic Abuse Assault 2^nd Offense. She was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

Tyler Eugene Worthington, 27, of Casey, was arrested October 6^th for Domestic Abuse Assault – Bodily Injury. He was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Alicia Marie Beardsley, 27, and Patrick Scott Beardsley, 40, both of Guthrie Center, were each arrested on October 7^th for Violation of a No Contact Order. Alicia Beardsley was released on her own recognizance. Patrick Beardsley’s charge was dismissed by the Magistrate and he was released.
