(Atlantic) The Atlantic City Council approved an amended City Attorney retainer with Otto, Lorence, and Wiederstein on Wednesday.
Atlantic City Clerk Barb Barrick says Sarah Jennings, the Audubon County Attorney has acted as the Assistant City Attorney and recently resigned her position with Audubon County and left the region. Barrick says Atlantic City Attorney David Wiederstein found a replacement, Blake Miller with Salvo, Deren, Schrenk, Gross, Swain, and Argotsinger out of Harlan.
Miller, an Iowa licensed attorney agreed to do Sarah’s work at the same level of compensation of $500.00 per month.
