(Red Oak) A California man faces drug charges in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Deputies arrested Terry Cook of Escalon, California, at 8:24 Tuesday evening in the 2000 block of Highway 34.
Following an investigation, Deputies transported Cook to the Montgomery County Jail and charged him with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense Marijuana. Cook is being held on a $1,000 bond.
The Red Oak Police Department and the Glenwood Police Department K-9 assisted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
