(Page Co.) A Shenandoah man was served a Page County arrest warrant at the Page County Jail on Monday.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office says Matthew Lawrence Magers is incarcerated on charges of Theft 2nd Degree, Burglary 3rd Degree, Interference with Official Acts, Trespass Resulting in Damage or Injury, and Criminal Mischief 5th. These charges have a bond of $11,600 cash or surety. These charges were a result of a Shenandoah Police Department investigation and arrest of Magers on October 2nd.
The warrant that the Page County Sheriff’s Office served on Monday has a bond of $25,000 cash only. Total bond on Magers is $36,600. He is being held in the Page County Jail pending further court proceedings.
