(Atlantic) The Atlantic City Council is expected Wednesday to amend the City Attorney retainer agreement with Otto, Lorence, and Wiederstein P.L.L.C.
Audubon County Attorney Sarah Jennings serving as the Assistant City Attorney, recently resigned her post and left the region.
City Attorney David Wiederstein found a replacement. Wiederstein is recommending Blake Miller with Salvo, Deren, Schenck, Gross, Swain, and Argotsinger out of Harlan.
Wiederstein says Miller is an Iowa licensed attorney who agreed to take over Jennings spot with the same level of compensation.
