(Audubon) The Audubon Police Department released their arrest report for September.
Tristan Lee Stevens, 23, of Audubon, was charged with Theft 5th degree and Criminal Mischief 5th Degree.
Cornelius Unger Peters, 28, of Audubon, was charged with Dog at Large – 3rd or more offenses.
Adam Lee Morris, 36, of Audubon, was charged with Driving While Revoked.
Joseph Andrew Riesberg, 27, of Audubon, was arrested on a warrant for another agency.

A 17 year old male of Audubon was charged with two counts Attempted Burglary, three counts Burglary, three counts Theft 5th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Pills.
