(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
Jeffrey Ford Lillard, 35, of Wiota, was arrested on a charge of False Report to Public Entity. The Sheriff’s Office responded to an accident on North Street in Wiota at 6:00 a.m. on September 12th. A 2001 Ford F250 was located on the north side of North Street in a ditch with damage to the pickup, a street sign, and a MidAmerican Energy pole. No one was in the vehicle when it was located. Upon investigation, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeffrey Ford Lillard. Lillard was booked at the Cass County Jail on September 17 and released later that day on $1,000 bond.
Daryl D Armstrong, 60, of Anita, was arrested September 14th on two Sheriff’s Office warrants for Violation of a No Contact Order. Armstrong was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on $6,300 bond.
