(Clarinda) A Wisconsin man was arrested in Page County for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
On September 3, the Page County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of 280th and Highway 71 approximately six miles south of Clarinda for a minor traffic infraction. During the traffic stop, 42-year-old James Allan Kieper of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was arrested for OWI 1st Offense.
Kieper was transported to the Page County Jail where he was held on $1,000 bond pending further court proceedings.
