(Essex) A Red Oak man was arrested in Page County for Public Intoxication.
On Saturday, the Page County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched for a male that had jumped out of a vehicle near the intersection of 140th and H Avenue, approximately two miles east of Essex. Deputies arrived and spoke with 45-year-old Robert Eugene Herr. After a short conversation with Herr, he was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication.
Herr was transported to the Page County Jail where he was held on $300 bond pending further court proceedings.
