(Council Bluffs) A Nebraska man was arrested following a pursuit in Pottawattamie County Saturday evening.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Deputies responded to a broadcast regarding a wanted male operating a silver Chevy Cruze with no registration plates. At 11:04 p.m., the vehicle was located exiting at Madison Avenue from I-80 westbound. A Deputy initiated a traffic stop at 1759 Madison Avenue in the Bucky’s gas station. The vehicle began accelerating out of the parking lot. A pursuit went through Council Bluffs until the suspect was apprehended. 33-year-old Tony Collins, of Omaha, was arrested for Eluding While Exceeding the Speed Limit by 25 mph or more and Criminal Mischief 2nd.
In other news, the Sheriff’s Office arrested Sandra Annette Graham, 46, of Omaha, Nebraska, on Tuesday for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jon Craig Sorensen, 64, was arrested following a traffic stop at the intersection of Railroad Highway and Road L34 on Sunday. Sorensen was charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
Michael James Gregg, 47, of Carter Lake, turned himself in on Monday on a warrant for Violation of Probation.
Ryan Thomas O’Doniel, 26, of Council Bluffs, was taken into custody at the Pottawattamie County Courthouse on Monday on a warrant for Child Endangerment, Abandonment.
An 11-year-old male was charged with Going Armed with Intent (knife/cutting instrument) and Harassment 1st Degree after Deputies were dispatched to an armed party on 410th Street near Shelby.
