(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested an adult male and two juveniles for burglary Sunday evening.
Police arrested 28-year old Nathan Allen Deshong of Red Oak, a 14-year old male juvenile and a 10-year old male juvenile, for burglary, 4th -degree theft, and 3rd -degree criminal mischief.
Police were notified of a possible burglary at the White Oak Gas Station at 710 N. Broadway in Red Oak. A passerby noticed a broken front door window and spotted the three individuals inside the building.
Authorities transported Deshong to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is held on a $5,000 bond. The 14-year old juvenile was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Council Bluffs, and the 10-year old was released to his parents.
