(Red Oak) A Lamoni woman was arrested on a warrant in Montgomery County early this morning. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Boxelder and Highway 34. Upon further investigation, Kilee Licht was taken into custody for a failure to appear warrant out of Decatur County. Licht was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was booked and held on $300 cash bond.
