(Corning) Five minors received juvenile referrals following a traffic stop in Adams County.
Adams County Deputies stopped a vehicle driven by a 17-year old male on July 25 at Highway 148 and Lake Icaria Road.
During the investigation, the driver received a juvenile referral for OWI 1st Offense and minor in possession of tobacco, 3rd offense. Two passengers-16-year old female and 17-year old male received referrals for minor in possession of alcohol. Additionally, a 17-year old female received a referral for a minor in possession of alcohol and interference with official acts. And a 17-year old male was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and providing false identification to law enforcement. All five juveniles were released to their parents.
In other activity; the Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year old Elora Danon Strough on a nationwide parole violation warrant and providing false information of law enforcement. Authorities transported Strough to the Adams County jail.
