(Creston) A Creston man faces numerous charges in Pottawattamie County.
Creston Police arrested 31-year old Jabon Allen Lee Diercks at his residence on Wednesday on multiple Pottawattamie County Warrants. The charges include; ongoing criminal conduct, unlawful criminal conduct, unlawful activity, 2nd degree-theft, and unauthorized use of a credit card over $1,000 and under $10,000. He was released from the Union County Jail to the Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office.
In other activity; Police arrested 26-year old Jacob David Jones of Creston at his residence for violating a no-contact/protection order, contempt, and public intoxication. Jones pled guilty to public intoxication. Bond was set at $300 cash.
Police also arrested 23-year old Adam Edward Lee Austin of Creston on Wednesday at his residence and charged him with domestic assault. He was transported to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on no bond until seen by the judge.
