(Atlantic) Atlantic/CAM Head Wrestling Coach Tim Duff released information today on a three-day mini-camp scheduled for August 4, 5, and 6.
The camp will be held at the Atlantic high school wrestling room from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for K-3rd graders, and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for 4th through 12th graders.
The Clinicians include four former Atlantic/CAM wrestlers now competing at the College level.
Carter Cox: Wrestling for Cumberland University, is a state high school wrestling finalist, two-time state place winner, and four-time state qualifier, with a career record of 157-29.
Zac Stork: Wrestling for Grand View University is a two-time state place winner and a junior freestyle national qualifier with a career record of 156-60.
John McConkey: Wrestles for the University of Northern Iowa, two-time state finalist, state champion, three-time state qualifier, junior freestyle all-American with a career record of 157-25.
Chase McLaren: Wrestles at Grand View University. Chase is a four-time state qualifier, two-time state place winner, state finalist, junior freestyle all-American, two-time state place winner, and a state finalist with a career record of 207-25.
