(Atlantic) Grant Petty of the Washington G.E.M. 4-H Club took home top honors in the Cass County 4-H Swine Show on Tuesday night at the Cass County Fairgrounds in Atlantic.
Petty’s barrow weighing 264 pounds won the Supreme 4-H Market Hog Division, and Gracie Venteicher, of C @ M Champions, exhibited the reserve grand champion. The win placed Petty in the finals against Paige Jensen, of the CAM FFA who showed the Supreme FFA market hog, and the judge chose Petty’s barrow as the top pig at the Cass County Fair.
