(Creston) A Des Moines woman was cited for Possession of Paraphernalia in Creston. The Creston Police Department says Chelsey Kile, 31, was cited and released at the scene on a Promise to Appear. The incident took place Sunday in the 700 block of Lakeshore Dr.
Creston Police also cited Mathew Baudler, 50, of Panora, on Friday for Theft 5th. He was released on a Promise to Appear.
Mary Laird, 83, was arrested Saturday at McKinley/Kirby for OWI 1st. She was released from the Union County Jail on $1,000 bond.
