(Council Bluffs) The Council Bluffs Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating four runaway children from Children’s Square USA in Council Bluffs.
Officers identified the children as 17-year old Elizabeth Cuffman, 8-year old Carter Doner, 9-year old Luke Schneider, and 13-year old Luke Jorgensen, last seen just after 6:00 p.m. on Friday in the area of 500 N. 7th Street.
