(Atlantic) The Bucket of Junk Judging is underway at the Cass County Fair. Judging is being held in a show and go format until 2:00 p.m.
This morning, Hunter Quist of Bear Grove Blazers showed off his first-time project to the judges. He said his initial idea was to make a chair, but then he added a fishing pole holder and beverage holder. This chair will hold a special place in Hunter Quist’s heart for quite a while.
Hunter said the project took him three afternoons to complete and his challenge was learning how to weld.
Hunter said he had a great time with this Bucket of Junk contest and he’ll definitely do this again.
Photos of the Bucket of Junk contestants will be posted on the Cass County Fair Facebook page for People’s Choice Judging later this week.
