(Avoca) East Pottawattamie County Fair Officials will hold a 4H and FFA auction but in a different format.
The auction is scheduled for July 20, at 9:00 a.m. at the Fairgrounds in Avoca. Officials invite supporters to the fairgrounds for live bidding; however, youth will not be present displaying their livestock. Instead of a being there live, there will be a posted photo of the child and their animal on a screen during the live auction.
The Fairboard invites the public to the auction as an opportunity for local businesses to support the fair and 4H and FFA members.
