Harlan 4, Logan-Magnolia 3 (8 innings)
Emily Brouse struck out 11 batters in 5 2/3 no-hit innings of relief. Brouse walked none and gave up no runs. Harlan forced extras with a two run 7th and won it with a run in the 8th. Emily Brouse, Kate Heithoff, and Tianna Kasperbauer had one hit apiece.
Nodaway Valley 9, East Union 3
Alyssa Davis clubbed not one, but two home runs as Nodaway Valley notched a quality conference win. Davis was 3/4 with six RBI. Aubrey Van Otterloo added a couple of hits and Maddax DeVault doubled. Jorja Holliday went the distance in the circle allowing three runs on five hits. She struck out seven and walked four.
Exira-EHK 12, CAM 0
Macy Emgarten struck out four batters in the three inning shutout. Allison Spieker’s first inning single was the Cougar’s only hit. Exira-EHK exploded for 11 runs in the 3rd inning. The first ten Spartans to appear in the 3rd all reached safely. Mollie Rasmussen and Kami Waymire each had RBI doubles. Tatum Grubbs had a double and a single. Lexi Madsen, Shay Burmeister, and Macy Emgarten all had one hit.
Audubon 4, Griswold 3
The Wheelers held off a late charge from Griswold which scored all three of their runs in the 7th inning. Audubon picked up the win despite stranding 14 runners on base. Sydney Beymer went 3/5 with two RBI. Leah Subbert doubled and drove in two runs. Jordan Porsch also hit a double. Kylee Hartl had two singles. Kali Irlmeier went 6 1/3 innings in the circle with five hits, two walks, and three earned runs allowed. She struck out five before giving the ball up to Alexis Obermeier who got the final two outs. Obermeier gave up two hits and one walk, but got the save. Jenna Reynolds had two hits and Kacey Danker drove in two runs.
