(Corning) Two people from Page County face drug charges in Adams County.
Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Brandi McElroy on Saturday morning. During the investigation Officer’s arrested Brandi McElroy of Clarinda for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), 1st offense, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Drug Paraphernalia. Deputies also cited McEloy for speeding, failure to have a valid driver’s license and no financial liability.
Deputies also arrested the passenger, Timothy Strange of Clarinda, for Possession of Marijuana. Authorities transported both subjects to the Adams County Jail.
In another case; Deputies arrested 53-year old Mildred Loe and 64-year old Robin Parsons on Tuesday following a verbal dispute and request for an individual be moved from the property. Authorities arrested Loe for false imprisonment,and Parsons was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.
Officer’s transported Loe and Parsons to the Adams County Jail.
