(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests and a theft.
Police arrested 28-year old James Reiner, of Des Moines on Tuesday for driving while suspended. Authorities released Reiner on a summons to appear.
Police also arrested 68-year old Christopher Rehmeyer of Creston at his residence for possession of paraphernalia. Rehmeyer is held in the Union County Jail on a $300.00 bond.
Kevin Downy of 411 N. Maple Street in Creston reported that sometime during the overnight hours of June 15 to June 16, someone stole his Stihl Backpack style leaf blower from the backyard of his residence. The loss is estimated at $500.00.
