(Anita) CAM Schools Superintendent Paul Croghan is hopeful students and faculty can meet face-to-face when classes resume on August 24.
Croghan discussed the return-to-learn plan at the CAM School Board meeting on Monday evening. Croghan says the District made some headway in developing the policy this past week. He will release the plan in Mid-July or early August. “We’re not going to change our school calendar or start date so families can plan their summer vacations accordingly,” explained Croghan. “Our hope is return to school face-to-face with precautions in place to keep students safe. We will emphasize hand hygiene above anything else, and adapt if we get a spike in cases, or have a situation within our building.
The District sent surveys to the public, students, and staff, for the input.
