(Corning) The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman during a civil dispute investigation.
Deputies responded to the call at 2575 Elm Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Joleen Mary Most for Driving While Barred.
Officers transported Most to the Adams County Jail and held on a $2,000 bond.
