An open visitation without the Family Present for 88-year old Ivan L. Miller, of Fontanelle, will be held at the Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle is in charge of the professional arrangements. Private interment will be held at Fontanelle Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the Ivan L. Miller Memorial Fund to be established by the family.
Survivors: Ivan will be deeply missed by his very special friend Lois Lewis, his six children: Deneise Olson of Bridgewater, Dennis Miller of Bridgewater, Diane (Lyle) Schwartz of Story City, Deborah (Kenny) Gevock of Fontanelle, Douglas Miller of Bridgewater, and David (Julie Snyder-Miller) Miller of Centerton, Arkansas. Also surviving him are one brother, Jimmie (Shirley) Miller; sister-in-law Kathye Miller; brothers-in-law F. Eugene (Mardell) Martin and John S. (Darla) Martin, grandchildren Wendy Bollhoefer & fiance’ Bill Countryman, Jeromy Olson, Jennifer (Mitch) Gibson, Dan Miller, Matthew Miller, Lane Schwartz, Leland (Erin) Schwartz, Laura Schwartz, Aaron (Ann) Benton, Adam Benton, Amanda Benton & fiancé Hardie Symns, and Hunter Miller; great-grandchildren Noah & Grace Bollhoefer, Christian & Cora Gibson, Kai & Jack Schwartz, Julianne & Olivia Schwartz, and Madelyn & Paislee Benton; nieces, nephews, and Armstrong cousins.
