(Red Oak) A Red Oak man faces drug possession charges in Montgomery County.
Red Oak Police arrested 31-year old Stuart Duane Haley Tuesday night for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officer’s transported Haley to the Montgomery County Jail where he is held on a $1,000 bond.
In other activity, Police arrested 31-year old Thomas Allen Daffer of Red Oak for Public Intoxication. Authorities transported Daffer to jail where he is held on a $300 bond.
