(Creston) Creston Police report two drug-related arrests, a theft, and a 3rd offense OWI.
Police arrested two people on Monday at their residence on drug possession charges. Officer’s arrested 30-year Tonya Tindle, of Creston for possession of paraphernalia, and 34-year old Michael Walton, for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense.
Authorities released Tindle on a promise to appear. Walton is being held on a $5,000.00.
In other activity, Police arrested 37-year old Travis Woollums, of Creston on a Union County warrant for 2nd degree-theft. Authorities released Woollums from the Union County Jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
In another case, 29-year old Samuel McKinny of Eldora was arrested on two Hardin County warrants for the charges of failure to appear on the original charge of failure to maintain control and operating while under the influence, 3rd offense. McKinny was released from the Union County Jail on a $5,300.00 bond.
