(Red Oak) An 18-year-old Glenwood Man was arrested this morning (Sunday) around 4:48 a.m. in Red Oak. Police charged the man identifed as Blake Robert Raymond with operating while intoxicated 1st offense and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense. Officers transported Raymond to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on a $1000.00 dollar bond.
