(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested a Council Bluffs man wanted on two warrants following a traffic stop.
Police stopped a vehicle at South 8th and Park Avenue at around 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The investigation led to the arrest of 32-year old Jessie Bruce Fitzwater of Council Bluffs wanted on a Pottawattamie County warrant for escape from custody and an Iowa warrant for possession with intent to deliver. Authorities transported Fitzwater to the Montgomery County Jail.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Red Oak Police Department.
