(Nodaway) The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on multiple charges, including burglary and assault.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to an assault call Sunday evening in the 2000 block of Elm Avenue in Nodaway. The investigation led to the arrest of 34-year old Nicholas Andrew Colburn. Deputies arrested Colburn for 3rd-degree burglary, 4th-degree criminal mischief, 5th-degree criminal mischief, and assault.
Authorities transported Colburn to the Adams County Jail where is held on a $6,600 bond.
