(Clarinda) Authorities are searching for two missing Clarinda Academy students.
Clarinda Police Chief Keith Brothers report two white male students escaped from the facility at around 9:20 p.m. on Saturday. One of the students is 5’10, 150 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes; the other student is 5’10, 142 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
This morning a 2018 Chevron pickup was reported stolen from a residence in the 200 block of north 6th Street. Authorities believe the fleeing students took the truck and left the area. The pickup was located in Lyman on Sunday morning. The students are still at-large.
