(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year old Paul Earl Lemburg II of Red Oak on a class C felony for delivery of methamphetamine. Authorities transported Lemburg II to the Montgomery County Jail. He is being held on a $50,000 bond.
