(Creston) Creston Police arrest a man and a woman on harassment charges.
Police arrested 55-year old Justin G. Byers, of Creston at his residence at 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday, on a Union County warrant for 3rd-degree harassment. Authorities released Byers on a Promise to Appear.
Police also arrested 32-year old Ashleigh N. Shinn, of Creston at her residence at 6:43 p.m. on Tuesday, on a Union County warrant for 3rd-degree harassment. Police released Shinn from the Law Enforcement Center on a Promise to Appear.
