(Red Oak) A Red Oak woman was arrested on a warrant for Fraudulent Practice 1st Degree. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Renee Ann Hanrahan was arrested this morning at her residence. She was held on $10,000 cash bond.
