(Audubon) Audubon County Economic Development has issued the Audubon County Challenge 1900 to support their small businesses.
Sarah Slater said they have printed 1900 gift certificates. They have 1,000 $30 gift certificates and 900 $100 gift certificates available.
“You can come to our office, mail us, email us; you designate what business you would like to support; we will track everything and then at the end of the Challenge on April 30th we’ll tally everything and we will get the money to each of the businesses that people have purchased gift certificates to,” explained Slater.
Slater said if they are successful in selling all 1,900 gift certificates, that’s $120,000 that will go into the Audubon County small businesses.
