(Villisca) Two people were arrested following the execution of a search warrant in Villisca Sunday afternoon.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office executed the search warrant at 130 N 3rd Avenue in Villisca at approximately 2:13 p.m. The property is owned by 46-year-old Edward Boysen and 38-year-old Krystal Boysen-Harbin. Both subjects were located and apprehended a short time later in Clarinda. As a result of the search warrant and arrest, the following items were seized; methamphetamine, cash, weapons, and suspected stolen property.
Edward Boysen was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Firearm, and Drug Tax Stamp Violation. He was held in the Page County Jail on $5,000 bond for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and once his case is complete he will be transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $35,000 cash bond.
Krystal Boysen-Harbin was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and Drug Tax Stamp Violation. She was held in the Montgomery County Jail on $25,000 cash bond.
The execution of the search warrant is a result of an investigation between Nodaway County Missouri Sheriff’s Office and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
The Clarinda Police Department and the Page County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation and arrests.
