(Atlantic) Atlantic Mayor Dave Jones on Thursday issued a proclamation suspending all door-to-door sales permits. It was brought to the City’s attention recently door-to-door sales were occurring in Atlantic. The specific company involved has been contacted and is suspending door-to-door sales until further notice.
The Mayor asks residents to notify the Atlantic Police Department if solicitors are in the neighborhood because they would be operating without a permit.
