(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports Kadin Michael Schoenfeld, 20, of Atlantic, was arrested March 21st on charges of Eluding (D Felony) and OWI 1st Offense (Serious). Schoenfeld was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
Daryl D Armstrong, 59, of Anita, was charged March 22nd with Domestic Abuse 1st Offense (Simple). Armstrong was released with a pending court date.
Jason Richard Tasto, 43, of Atlantic, was arrested March 24th on a charge of Violation of No Contact Order (Simple). Tasto was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
Emily Christine Garside, 22, of Lewis, was charged March 26th with Child Endangerment (D Felony). Garside was released with a pending court date.
