(Red Oak) A Council Bluffs man faces multiple burglary charges following an investigation into complaints of a garage and vehicle burglaries.
The investigation led to the arrest of 19-year old Nicholas Alan Foster after complaints streamed into the Red Oak Police Department over the past two months.
Police arrested Foster on Tuesday on 14 counts of 3rd-degree burglary of a vehicle and one count of 3rd-degree burglary of a building.
Officers booked Foster into the Montgomery County Jail. Foster’s is held on $5,000.00.
In a separate case, Police arrested 57-year old David Lawrence Howe, of Red Oak, for 5th-degree theft. Authorities gave Howe a court summons at a later date.
