(Audubon) The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests.
Randy Mark Heinrichs, 55, of Exira, was arrested February 20th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Controlled Substance – 2nd or more. The arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred at his residence on 300th Street. Heinrichs was held on his charges and later transported to another facility on other charges.
Jason Eric Schumann, 43, of Council Bluffs, was arrested March 5th on an outstanding warrant for Driving While Suspended. He is also being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance – Meth 3rd or More and having Contraband in a Correctional Facility. Schumann appeared before Magistrate the following day and is being held on a $10,300 bond.
David Andrew Meyers, 39, of Kimballton, was arrested March 9th on an outstanding Audubon County warrant for Criminal Mischief – 2nd Offense. The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that took place about ½ mile north of Littlefield Drive on Falcon Ave. He was booked into the Audubon County Jail and was released a short time later after posting bond.
Phillip Michael Houston, 33, of Walnut, was arrested March 16th for Driving While Barred. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred in the 1000 block of Highway 71. Houston was booked into the Audubon County Jail, appeared before the Magistrate the following morning, and was released.
Samantha Jo Muhr, 31, of Exira was arrested March 17th for OWI – 2nd Offense. The arrest stemmed from traffic stop that occurred in the 1700 block of Highway 71. She was cited, summoned to appear in court, and released on her own recognizance.
Dennis Leroy Petersen, 57, of Exira, was arrested March 19th for Domestic Abuse -1st Offense. The arrest stems from a call Deputies responded to in the 200 block of Cottage Street in Exira. He appeared before Magistrate that evening and was released.
