(Corning) An Adams County man faces numerous drug charges after tossing a bag out of his vehicle onto a sidewalk in front of a Corning residence.
An off duty Deputy witnessed Richard Swartz in the act. During the investigation, authorities found marijuana and hydrocodone inside the bag.
Deputies arrested Swartz Wednesday night on two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance to a Minor, Possession of a Controlled Substance on real property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Distributing Tobacco to a Minor, and Possession of Prescription Drugs, and littering.
