Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests.

Caleb Leo Foote, 25, was arrested March 15^th after deputies were called to a motor vehicle accident at Highway 92 and 240^th Street. Foote was not injured and refused medical treatment. He was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Erin Catherine Collins, 38, was arrested March 16^th following a traffic stop at 385^th and Pioneer Trail. Collins was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Nicholas James Erisman, 30, was arrested March 17^th following a traffic stop. Erisman was charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Kean Patrick McGinn, 27, was arrested March 17^th following a traffic stop. McGinn was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Dawn Marie Brewer, 46, was arrested March 17^th following a traffic stop. Brewer was charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Jesse Eugene Hutton, 30, of Avoca, was arrested March 17^th after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance on East Crocker Street in Avoca. Hutton was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness and Obstruct E911.
