(Clarinda) A Clarinda woman was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana). The Page County Sheriff’s Office on Monday stopped a vehicle on the west edge of the Clarinda city limits for a traffic infraction. During the investigation, 24-year-old Jodee Jean James was arrested. She was transported to the Page County Jail on $1,000 bond.
