(Red Oak) Two men are in custody following a search warrant in Montgomery County.
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a search in the 1600 block of Highway 48. The search led to the arrests of 59-year old Terry Joe Halvin and 27-year old Jonathan Tyler Mcalpin, both of Red Oak.
Authorities arrested Halvin on a Montgomery County warrant for delivery of Methamphetamine, a Class B Felony. He is being held at the Montgomery County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
Mcalpin is in custody on a warrant for violation of parole. He is held in the Montgomery County Jail on no bond.
