(Harlan) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Randy Lee Sorensen, 61, of Irwin, was arrested February 20th for an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation and Failure to Serve Jail Time. Sorensen was held in the Shelby County Jail on $1,000 cash/surety bond and a 10-day jail sentence mittimus.
Aubree Jasmine Cline, 35, of Council Bluffs, was arrested February 22nd and transported to the Shelby County Jail for Violation of Probation and Failure to Serve Jail Time. Cline was held in the Shelby County Jail on $1,000 cash/surety bond and also a 20 day jail sentence mittimus.
Joshua Steven Gessert, 23, of Council Bluffs, was arrested February 22nd following a traffic stop along the 100 block of Highway 59. Upon further investigation, Gessert was taken into custody and charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense. He was released later that morning under his own recognizance and given a future court date.
The Sheriff’s Office also reports Timothy Duane Snyder, 42, of Elk Horn, turned himself into the Shelby County Jail on February 21st per a court order to complete a 90-day sentence for a charge of Child Endangerment out of Cass County.
