(Council Bluffs) A Council Bluffs man faces charges after Deputies investigated a hit-and run on Saturday and also a possible disturbance on Iowana Lane.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Kyle Adrian Cline, 37, was charged with Burglary 1st Degree – Bodily Injury, Criminal Mischief 5th Degree, Assault – Use/Display of a Weapon, Attempt to Commit Murder, and Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense with Dangerous Weapon.
In other activity, Kaleb Jackson Reynek, 23, was arrested following a traffic stop at Coldwater Avenue and Old Lincoln Highway on Saturday. Reynek was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Mark Andrew Alkire, 32, was arrested Saturday after Deputies were called to Road L-34 for a property damage accident. Alkire was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
Thomas Ortiz, 52, of Waverly, Nebraska, was arrested Saturday following a traffic stop on L-34. Ortiz was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
Jeffrey Jordan Pauley, 30, was arrested following a traffic stop on Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Andrew James Kuhn, 39, of Omaha, Nebraska, turned himself in Friday on a warrant for Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs.
