(Audubon) The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Cole Jacob Benton, 29, of Hamlin was arrested for Burglary 3rd Degree and Trespass – 1st Offense on February 15th at approximately 12:11 a.m. The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that took place in Hamlin. He posted a $500 bond and was released.
Cheryl Ann Harrelson, 62, of Atlantic, was arrested for Driving While Suspended on January 31st at approximately 12:40 p.m. The arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred in the 3200 block of Goldfinch Ave. She appeared before the Magistrate that afternoon and was released.
Amy Jo Swalin, 30, of Eagle Grove, was arrested and charged with OWI – 1st Offense on February 9th at approximately 12:30 a.m. The charge stems from a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 44 in Audubon County. She appeared before the Magistrate the following morning and was released.
