(Creston) Officers of the Creston Police Department along with Deputies from the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Office, Adams County Sheriff’s Office and Taylor County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at 1003 South Sumner #19 in Creston today. The warrant was for illegal narcotics.
During the search warrant, one gun was recovered along with drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
Eric Wayne Shinn, 30, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and on a Union County Warrant. Shinn was booked into the Union County Jail with a $10,000 bond.
Additional charges may still be filed pending further investigation.
